Congratulations on your graduating senior! I am so excited to be planning this trip for the class of 2025.
My years of experience planning senior trips has lead to me to only work with resorts that meet our quality and excellence standards. We have secured rooms at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos and locked in the rates for 2025. This is an at will friends and family group trip and is not a school sponsored event. Everyone is welcome to join this trip.
Booking with the group entitles you to a low deposit requirement, round trip transportation between hotel and airport, priority reservations on any excursion planned for the group, and access to any special events provided for the group.

Rooms are being held at contracted rates with airport transportation included. If we sell out of all rooms in the group, we can add more, however, availability and rates are subject to change. Rooms are first come, first served.
**Each senior will need a parent/chaperone to be present. We strongly discourage sending kids with other families. It is a heavy responsibility to keep tabs on your own kid, while trying to keep tabs on another. I DO NOT suggest putting 4 kids in a room without a parent. If the room becomes out of hand or damaged, they are at risk of being removed from property.
Deposit & Payment Schedule:
- $100 per person Non-Refundable deposit is required immediately to confirm reservation.
- Final payment is due by January 10
Cancellation/Change Fees:
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Trip is non-refundable without travel insurance
- Changes made before final payment - No fee
- Changes made after final payment - $50 change fee
- Client Initiated Changes made within 30 days of travel - $100 change fee
Travel insurance is available for purchase
