Welcome to Blue Valley High School Now Sapphire - Riviera Cancun registration!
This is a 2 step registration process. This is STEP 1 where you will enter all guests information to reserve your room. Payments will not be made during this process. If you require 2 rooms, you will need to complete one registration per room. Step 2 is where you will make your payments via a secured payment link on my website www.kctraveloutlet.com featured under the same Groups and Occasions tab once you have completed this registration form.
A few important things to keep in mind when completing this registration form. Most of the rooms at Now Sapphire hotel have a maximum room occupancy of 3 people.
- Please enter your LEGAL NAMES as they appear on your passports. It is required that your travel documents match your passports.
- Please select the exact travel dates that you wish to hold, otherwise it will default to the incorrect travel dates. Once you purchase your flights, a one time date change can be made if necessary.
- There must be at least 1 parent or chaperone per room in order to reserve a room with this group
Once you complete the registration process, please go back to the Groups and Occasions tab on my website to complete the payment form. Once I process your registration and payment, you will receive your confirmation. Payments can take up to 5-7 business days for me to process.
