I understand the uncertainty that we are all feeling and I am especially sensitive to the huge impact and losses that we are all struggling with. I am personally impacted, as my business has taken a critical hit with the inability to freely travel anywhere at this time. I know this will change once we are cleared to travel safely again, and we will be ready to assist in any way that we can. These hotels are unique in that they do not require wristbands or dinner reservations. This makes life much easier for many of her guests :) She can confidently say that each of these properties will equally provide an amazing time for the Class of 2021 families. Planning these types of trips can be very stressful and I here to make the process very simple for you. My years of expertise planning group trips allows me to select the perfect resorts that will provide a SAFE and MEMORABLE trip for you and your family. I will always be available via my personal mobile phone for anything that comes up along the way.
What you can expect from me organizing your trip:
- I am your personal advocate between you and the hotel; meaning you do not have to waste time trying to call Mexico or DR to have any changes made or questions answered. I have an on site representative giving my groups PRIORITY
- My pricing is locked in early which means the lowest rates. As the hotel fills up and prices increase, your price will not increase. (If we do sell out of our group allotment, pricing can be slightly higher.)
- Booking with my group guarantees you will not be bumped from hotel when hotel is sold out. I also work directly with the hotel to keep everyone together in the same vicinity.
- Your reservation will have priority attention to special requests.
- Private catamaran excursion planning and planning meeting with giveaways
PRICE QUOTE / Airfare is not included
Pricing shown is ALL-INCLUSIVE HOTEL ONLY and includes: Round trip SHARED airport transfers, hotel accommodations, meals, drinks/alcohol, hotel tax, housekeeping and bellman gratuities. (Private transfers available for purchase upon request)
Flights will be purchased on your own. We do not book airfare as 90% of our groups fly using points, companion pass, or have different dates they can travel.
Travel dates are flexible between March 16, 2021 through March 22, 2021. Rates below are based on 4-6 night stay. Prices are final room total based on occupancy. (not per person total) What you see is what you pay. Call for pricing on additional nights or children under 12.
Deposits and Final Payments - Due to the COVID19 Pandemic, deposits are refundable until final payment
Deposit of $300 is due upon registration in order to reserve your room. Rooms are on a first come first serve basis.
Final payment date is DEC 4, 2020
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation penalties apply if room is cancelled after final payment. The hotel, depending on date of cancellation, determines refunds if any. Once final payments are made, they are non-refundable. COVID is not covered or exempt from non-refundable hotel fees. Insurance is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to protect you and offers 100% refund for covered reasons, and 75% refund for non-covered reasons.
