Step 1 - Complete the form below with all guests traveling with you in your room. This is not a deposit or hotel reservation form, just information I will need if you would like to join the group.
Step 2 - Upon completion of this form, you will be directed to a link to complete your registration and make your $300 room deposit. Your room is not reserved until your payment has been processed.

VERY IMPORTANT-
- Please enter your LEGAL NAME as it appears on your passport!! If you sign up for the trip under a different name than what appears on your passport, you may be denied hotel check in.
- Take a look at your passport now and take note of the expiration date to avoid any issues closer to travel.
- Each senior must have a parent or chaperone listed in the room, which means you will not be able to reserve a room for 4 seniors without a parent/chaperone. This is a group contract policy with the hotel and there are NO EXCEPTIONS.
